To further deepen cooperation between our school and enterprises, expand employment opportunities, and jointly promote high-quality talent cultivation, on January 23, a delegation led by Wang Baohong, Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of An-Lai School; Yang Lu, Dean of An-Lai School; Liu Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of the School; and Liu Yang, Secretary of the Youth League Branch of the CPC Party Committee of the School, visited Xi’an Dingxuan Cultural Heritage Conservation Co., Ltd. as part of a special “Visting Enterprises and Expanding Positions” initiative. During the visit, General Manager Liu Cunliang welcomed the delegation and spoke highly of the School’s achievements in talent cultivation. He introduced the company’s development strategy, organizational structure, business scope, major projects, and recruitment needs. He also offered specific ideas and recommendations for the next phase of collaboration between the university and the company, including deepening cooperation, expanding practical training opportunities, strengthening joint talent development, and improving employment mechanisms.

Wang Baohong expressed appreciation for the company’s continued support and provided an overview of graduate employment outcomes for the Class of 2025, along with employment prospects for the Class of 2026. He emphasized the importance of deepening industry-education integration and promoting resource sharing, complementary advantages, and coordinated development.

Yang Lu provided a detailed overview of An-Lai School’s distinctive educational features, talent cultivation model, academic programs, and teaching practices, and offered a comprehensive explanation of the Schools strategic plan for its next phase. He expressed his hope that, in future collaboration, both sides would focus on enhancing students’ overall quality and improving employment outcomes, strengthen academic exchanges and innovative teaching integration, and promote all-around development of partnership.

The delegation also engaged in discussions with representatives from the School of Cultural Heritage Conservation Technology at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology on disciplinary development, inter-university cooperation, and high-quality employment, and visited the Key Laboratories of the Ministry of Education for underground cultural relics conservation materials and technologies.

This special initiative has provided crucial practical support for the School to further optimize the talent cultivation plan, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms, and enhance the quality of employment services. Moving forward, the School will continue to advance the Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Positions” initiative as a key strategy, combining “reaching out” with “bringing in” to elevate school-enterprise cooperation toward “shared resources, joint practical training, and collaborative employment promotion”. By partnering with enterprises to build a new framework for collaborative education, An-Lai School aims to supply society with more high-quality, multi-skilled professionals.
