On December 25, 2025, An-Lai School organized a management delegation to visit practice bases and extend support to students from the Class of 2023 undertaking their comprehensive internships. The delegation visited five institutions, including the Shaanxi History Museum, the Shaanxi Academy of Archaeology, the Shaanxi Academy of Cultural Relics Conservation, the Northwest University Museum, and the School of Cultural Heritage of NWU. Participants in this visit included Wang Baohong, Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of the School; Liu Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of the School; Dou Haifeng, Deputy Dean; Wang Jiangpeng, Deputy Dean; Ling Xue, Coordinator for NWU courses; Mo Yan, Student Counselor; and Wang Jinghan, Secretary of Teaching Affairs.
During the visits, the School delegation held discussions with on-site supervisors and faculty advisors, expressing appreciation for the quality internship platforms, professional guidance and support provided to students. They also gained detailed insights into internship arrangements, teaching management, and job placement suitability. In meetings with students, the delegation inquired about their work progress, skills development, and adaptation to professional environments, while listening to their reflections on practical learning experiences. Students were encouraged to make full use of this valuable opportunity, adhere to institutional regulations, learn actively from industry professionals, and continuously refine their skills. Emphasis was also placed on summarizing internship outcomes and integrating practical experience into their graduation theses or projects.
The visits not only enabled students to feel the care and support of the School, thereby boosting their confidence in successfully completing their internships, but also strengthened collaboration between the School and its partner practice bases, laying a solid foundation for further optimizing the practical teaching system and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
