On May 14, Wang Baohong, Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of An-Lai School, Yang Lu, Dean of An-Lai School, and Liu Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of An-Lai School, visited Xi’an MicroWise System Technology Co., Ltd. to explore collaboration opportunities and boost graduate employment, during which an exchange symposium was held.

During the symposium, Wang Baohong expressed gratitude to MicroWise for its long-term support in scientific research projects, internships, and employment for the Archaeology Department of Northwest University (NWU). He introduced the organizational structure, Party construction, student education management, and graduate employment efforts of An-Lai School. Yang Lu provided an overview of An-Lai’s current development, curriculum design, and talent cultivation features. He emphasized the school’s strong focus on fostering students’ international perspectives and interdisciplinary innovation capabilities, expressing hope for enhanced interdisciplinary collaboration and school-enterprise cooperation.

General Manager Deng Hong warmly welcomed An-Lai School delegation. He noted the long-standing historical ties and cooperative foundation between MicroWise and NWU, highlighting the company’s role in providing environmental monitoring and cultural relics conservation technologies for NWU’s domestic and international archaeological excavations and heritage conservation projects. He invited faculty and students from An-Lai School to participate in professional internships at the company and recommended outstanding graduates for employment opportunities.

Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as cultural relics conservation and restoration technologies, career development for graduates in the heritage conservation and restoration industry, and professional internship opportunities for students.

Prior to the symposium, the delegation toured the exhibition hall of Xi’an MicroWise System Technology Co., Ltd.
