An-Lai School Invited to Attend Collaborative

The “Collaborative Innovation Conference on Cultural Heritage and Museum Discipline Development”, hosted by Nanjing University of the Arts, was successfully held from May 21 to 22 with the theme “Technology Empowerment and Interdisciplinary Integration”. The conference aimed to strengthen school-institution cooperation in cultural heritage conservation, promote interdisciplinary approaches in cultural relics conservation, and advance talent cultivation and technological innovation in heritage restoration. Attendees included over 150 experts, scholars, and industry leaders from 34 universities, 31 cultural heritage institutions, and 16 heritage-related enterprises across 16 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government. Distinguished guests included Luo Jing, Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Education of the National Cultural Heritage Administration and First-Level Inspector; Shi Feng, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism cum Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Heritage Bureau and Party Committee Secretary of Nanjing Museum; as well as Yu Feng, Party Committee Secretary of Nanjing University of the Arts, and Zhang Linghao, President of the same institution. The conference featured a keynote forum and three parallel sessions.

An-Lai School was invited to participate, with Dean Yang Lu delivering a keynote speech titled “Exploration and Practice of China-Italy Joint Program in Cultural Heritage at Northwest University”, which shared insights on the school’s educational model, Party-building leadership, talent cultivation, and achievements. Deputy Dean Wang Jiangpeng presented at the “Cultural Relics Conservation and Restoration Parallel Session” on “Application of Digital Restoration Technology in Han-Tang Murals Reproduction Teaching”, based on provincial-level ideological-political demonstration course practices. Throughout the event, An-Lai School engaged in professional exchanges with participating cultural heritage institutions and academic representatives.
