An-Lai School Delegation Visits Qin Xianyang Palace Site Museum to Explore Collaboration and Boost Graduate Careers

To deepen school-enterprise cooperation and expand graduate employment channels, on the afternoon of March 27, Wang Baohong, Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of An-Lai School, Yang Lu, Dean of An-Lai School, Liu Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee, and Mo Yan, graduating class counselor, visited Qin Xianyang Palace Site Museum and the Qin-Han Archaeological Base to explore collaboration opportunities and boost graduate employment. The two sides held in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, internship programs, and employment opportunities.

Later, the delegation visited the Qin-Han Archaeological Base for field research. Xu Weihong, Researcher at Shaanxi Academy of Archaeology and former leader of the Qin Xianyang City Ruins Project, guided the team through the excavation site and proposed collaboration opportunities in archaeological technology application and cultural relics restoration. Yang Lu emphasized that the school would optimize relevant curricula and enhance students’ practical skills based on the base’s needs, contributing to the high-quality development of the archaeology and cultural heritage sectors.

Liu Lin, General Manager of Sibo Paisen Cultural Communication (Xi’an) Co., Ltd., praised An-Lai School’s achievements in cultural heritage conservation and historical research. He introduced the educational base’s cultural resources, operational status, and talent demands. Wang Baohong expressed hopes to establish long-term internship partnerships, providing students with more hands-on opportunities while supplying outstanding graduates to support local cultural initiatives.

This visit has established a sustainable collaboration platform between the school and cultural heritage institutions. Moving forward, An-Lai School will continue aligning with industry needs, precisely identify job opportunities, and inject new momentum into graduate employment and disciplinary development.
